What started as a passion for homemade cold brew grew into a mission to take a casual, approachable stance on specialty coffee. Operating as a pop-up in the Kansas City area with a goal of opening a brick-and-mortar café, Lovely Day Coffee offers small-batch roasted beans sourced from women-owned farms that prioritize sustainability, fair wages, and earth-friendly practices.
