Cancellation policy

At BLK LDY DRNK SHOP, every order is carefully packed so your curated beverages arrive ready to enjoy. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at blackladydrinkshop@gmail.com.

Orders may be canceled within one (1) hour of purchase, provided they have not entered fulfillment. Once an order enters fulfillment or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Returns

Due to the nature of our food and beverage products, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for health and safety reasons.

We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds based on flavor preference or personal taste. If you're trying a beverage for the first time, we recommend ordering only the quantity you'd like to sample before purchasing multiples.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, contact us at blackladydrinkshop@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

To help us review your claim, please include:

Your order number
Photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
Photos of the shipping box and packaging, if applicable

After reviewing your claim, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Damage to external packaging alone does not qualify for a replacement or refund if the beverages themselves arrive intact and safe to enjoy.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please allow 24–48 hours, as carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered before final delivery.

If your order still has not arrived after this time, contact us within 14 days of the delivery notification, and we'll help determine the next steps with the carrier.

Once a carrier confirms successful delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout, BLK LDY DRNK SHOP is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately. If your order has not yet entered fulfillment, we'll do our best to update the shipping information.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address entered at checkout, we may issue a refund for the product cost once the package is received back in resalable condition. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only after a claim has been reviewed and approved in accordance with this policy. Approved refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

BLK LDY DRNK SHOP reserves the right to deny refund or replacement requests that do not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.
