Orders

If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

Shipping

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, BLK LDY DRNK SHOP is not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, delivery interruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
