Founded by sisters Marie Stanley and Cathy Stanley, Honey’s Coffee Company grew from their experience running a café and coffee shop in Washington, DC, where they developed a deep appreciation for the craft of coffee—from espresso and lattes to a great cup of drip coffee. Inspired by their family’s entrepreneurial spirit and their grandfather Eugene McCabe, affectionately known as “Honey,” the sisters founded Honey’s Coffee Company to bring thoughtfully sourced coffee to the cup. Their beans come from farms around the world and are roasted by knowledgeable coffee roasters across the country, reflecting the sisters’ hands-on journey into the coffee business.
