Founder Story
Founded in 2020 by restaurateur and avid traveler Zoi Wiley, Caribbean Hibiscus was inspired by the years she spent living in Trinidad, where she immersed herself in the island's culture and traditions. After sharing her handcrafted sorrel with friends and family for years, Zoi transformed the recipe into a nationally distributed brand following the passing of her father, Dorsey, whose portrait is honored in gold on every bottle. Today, Caribbean Hibiscus celebrates Caribbean heritage through handcrafted, small-batch beverages made with care.
