Bianci Mensah and bestie Thaniyia Manohararajah founded Ginny in Toronto after spending nearly two years researching, developing, and refining their beverages. Drawing inspiration from their own cultural backgrounds, they collaborated with naturopathic experts to create a sparkling, non-alcoholic beverage that brings together bold flavor and thoughtfully selected botanicals.
