How It Works

THE DRNK BOX is a monthly subscription featuring 5–6 curated non-alcoholic beverages created by Black women founders. Every box is thoughtfully assembled to introduce you to exceptional brands, unique flavors, and inspiring founder stories.

Billing

Your subscription renews automatically each month unless canceled prior to your next billing date.

Your payment method will be charged on the 20th of each month for the upcoming month's box.

Monthly Shipping Schedule

THE DRNK BOX ships once each month, with orders shipping on or around the 1st of each month.

Order Cutoff

  • Subscribe by the 20th to receive the next month's box.
  • Orders placed after the 20th will begin with the following month's shipment.

Product Selection

Each month's box includes a curated selection of premium non-alcoholic beverages from Black women founders. Products may include sparkling beverages, mocktails, teas, coffees, functional beverages, and other alcohol-free drinks.

Because every box is curated, product selections cannot be customized.

If a featured product becomes unavailable, we may substitute a comparable product of equal or greater value.

Managing Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date through your customer account.

Once your monthly renewal has been processed, that month's box cannot be canceled or refunded.

THE DRNK BOX Refund & Return Policy

At The Black Lady Drink Shop, we take pride in curating exceptional non-alcoholic beverages from Black women founders.

Returns

Due to the nature of food and beverage products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the product(s), packaging, and shipping box

If your claim is approved, we'll replace the affected item(s) or issue store credit, as appropriate.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before your subscription renews.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship your order.

Product Availability

We partner with small and independent brands. If a featured product becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute a comparable product of equal or greater value.
